This can surely be improved further by using actual codemods and ast-based replacements. But I'm familiar enough with regex to get it working this way.
Some typeshed failures would first require python#13825 to work around. Anyway this is meant as a demonstration for auth0/auth0-python#615 & auth0/auth0-python#678 (comment)
